It seems that there is a bug in newest iso's of ArcolinuxD I mean 19.10.1, 19.09.01 and 19.07.11 When you will use manual partitioning on uefi (dual boot with Windows) with separated partitions "/" and "/home" and LUKS encryption - Calamares installer will crash.
You can get error message (screenshot below) or it will crash without any information.
I tested it on my Latitude 5490 and on multiple virtual machines created by Vmware Workstation 15.1.
Solution would be to use option "Install alongside" or "Replace partition" but it won't create any other partitions than "/".
